At Makeup by Amna Farhad, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
• Please note that processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional events.

2. Delivery Times & Methods

Delivery times vary depending on location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

• United Kingdom: Standard delivery typically takes 2–5 business days.
• Dubai (UAE): Orders are processed at a flat rate of 100 AED (processed as GBP equivalent).
• Pakistan: Orders are eligible for Cash on Delivery (COD). Please ensure the exact amount in PKR is ready for the rider upon arrival.

Once your order has been dispatched, a confirmation will be provided where applicable.

3. International Shipping & Currency

• Transaction Currency: All orders are processed in British Pounds (GBP).
• Exchange Rates: While the site displays local currency estimates (PKR/AED), your bank handles the final conversion. BYAMNA LTD is not responsible for any minor differences in the final bank statement amount.

4. Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, BYAMNA LTD is not responsible for courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
