Refund policy

Effective Date: 15 March 2026

At Makeup by Amna Farhad, we strive for customer satisfaction. However, due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, cosmetic products cannot be returned once opened or used.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and unopened.
  • In the same condition that you received it.
  • In its original packaging.
  • Requested within 7 days of delivery.

Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted for return.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Please email amnafarhadmakeup@hotmail.com with your order number.
  • You must provide clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item and the packaging for our review.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
  • Please allow several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

4. International Orders (Pakistan & UAE)

  • Pakistan (COD): Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders may be processed via bank transfer or store credit. Please contact support for specific instructions.
  • Currency: Refunds are issued in the base currency of the store (GBP). Any differences in the final amount received in PKR or AED are due to bank exchange rates at the time of the refund and are not our liability.

5. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
