Due to the nature of cosmetic products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on items that have been opened, used, or tampered with. This ensures that every item purchased by our customers is in a pristine, sanitary condition.

All products are carefully inspected before dispatch to ensure quality standards are met. We take every precaution to ensure your order is perfect before it leaves our facility.

3. Issues with Your Order
